Community BBQ and Backpack Giveaway

We’re excited to invite you to our 2026 Community BBQ and Backpack Giveaway! Join us for a fun-filled day with free food, music, games, and family activities as we come together to celebrate the summer and prepare local students for the upcoming school year.

Event Highlights:

Free meals: More than 600 free meals will be available while supplies last

Backpack giveaway: 750 free backpacks for children (child must be present)

Live music: Enjoy music and entertainment throughout the day

Free games and activities: Including carnival games and fun for all ages

Community resources: Connect with local organizations and helpful services

Volunteer Opportunities:

We’re looking for community members to help make this event a success. Volunteer roles may include:

• Registration
• Backpack Distribution
• Carnival Game Facilitation
• General Event Support
